I have been looking through the Transaction log for member payments. I have noticed that there are some $25 payments to AK, with the comment, "Subscription fee', or something similar. I try to link up the payment to an AK account, but I am stymied. The paypal email doesn't correspond to any AK account email. Now I get this, for security reasons, but the software doesn't know who you are, so it doesn't know what do do with your money, other than to say thanks for the support. If I can't make the connection either, you don't get your proper value for your money. That is not right, and I want to fix that.
This situation occurs when someone uses the PAY button to send money for a subscription. If you go through your Userprofile, using the Account Upgrades link, the upgrade is instantaneous, and automatic. PAY button? Not so much. To pay for a subscription correctly, hover over your name, upper right, and click on Account Upgrades. Follow the link.
