Differences between 2245 and 2250b?

Hello all... I own a 2245, nice receiver - great low end, very tight sound. I have just won a 2250b and can't wait to get it shipped...

QUESTION, other than the 5 watts in power difference, and assorted tone/settings adjustments, are the amp/preamp/phono section circuits on the "b" series Marantz's much different, better, not as good, compared to the older and earlier series of products? What was done to the line of receivers when updated to the "b" series? ...any comments?

I think the biggest important difference in your two models is that the 2250b has the newer tuner design using a Phase Locked Loop in the FM section. The transformer is also larger. I think the 2250b is fairly scarce, too.
