My main interest is in upgrading several small speakers that I have, (mini-Advents, M&K, etc.), that in some cases simply have a cap on the tweeter. I'd like to try my hand at making a decent bonafide 2-way x-over for these. There seems like quite a few different programs available. Does anyone have any recommendations? I don't mind spending a little cash if necessary for something good.

P.S. Doesn't necessarily need to be software. Perhaps a good book would work equally as well.
