Does anyone own a Realistic T 1000 tuner?

Can anyone tell me if the tuning dial is supposed to spin freely?
The tuning dial on mine is very "stiff" and doesn't spin freely.

Not familiar with that model but it doesn't sound right to me.

Is it, perhaps, a TM1000?
If it's a TM1000, the knob should spin smoothly ('flywheel tuning').

I don't know of a T1000 model from R/S. That doesn't mean there isn't one, of course.
