I've found what I consider some weird ideas in the few I've read. One thing I recall he said was that connecting up a wire backwards has an effect on sound. That cannot be so unless the wire connectors are badly corroded and somewhat rectifying the AC signal. But he was saying that high end mfgrs. carefully chose which end of hookup wires would be soldered to which point. They may do that (I hope not), but they are wrong.
