DVD's of all seasons in one set?

I've been curious for a while about something. I keep seeing advertisements for sites like tvmilk.com and tvshowsondvd.com, etc. that for a exorbitant price say they offer the whole series of a show on one whole set.

For instance the only "authorized" DVD's of The Beverly Hillbillies are a couple of sets that nowhere near have the whole run of the show, but yet one of the above sites is selling the whole series on 44 DVD's for like $199 or so. Another show, B.J. and the Bear, is by all accounts (even according to Greg Evigan) not out on DVD but yet this site offers it!

What gives? Are these bootleg? Foreign release? What? :scratch2:

Those are probably bootlegs, look for keywords like "compatible with most DVD players" or "Region free" that usually means a boot. I've bought boots when that's the only possible way of seeing something.

There are some shows legitimately available in complete sets, Friends, M*A*S*H and Get Smart are a few I can think of off the top of my head.
