eBay question

Unless I've lost it, I found an eBay item up for auction (a Sansui 9090DB receiver) and the seller has set the BIN to $275 and the opening bid to $275.

Am I missing something here? Doesn't that make someone a real tool if they BID an opening $275?

Its called a fixed price listing or sometimes known as a BIN ( Buy it now )
