f315tp preamp cards

Hi folks.. i just posted this same thread on diy but i figured i might have better luck over here since its sansui stuff i'm talking about....anyway.. looking for a couple of F315TP preamp boards for my 5500 receiver....or, at the least....some good replacements for the following transistors:
2SC680
2SC566
these are the output drivers for the aforementioned board and since hitachi no longer makes them...and i don't really want to use the ECG garbage variety replacements...i'm hoping that somebody has a good motorola or TI cross reference.

Substitute

Sansui has in their Substitute List 2SC1445 as a replacement of 2SC680.
