OK top one from each band also. In no particular order. Thought about this after reacquiring Allied Forces this last weekend.

    Triumph Allied Forces

    Black Sabbath Heaven and Hell

    AC/DC Back In Black

    Judas Priest Screaming For Vengance

Soundtrack For Heavy Metal >>>a slight cheat I know, but who wouldnt love Take a Ride on Heavy Metal and Heavy Metal Noise?

    Good times.

    Regards

    Whew! Glad I'm still hip.

Impossible question btw. It would have to be top 20 for sure. Too much has happened.

    OOPS! Sorry, caveat just clicked.:)

    Beatles Abbey Road
    Rolling Stones ?
    CSNY After The Gold Rush
    Eagles Hotel California
    Supertramp Breakfast In America

Have to change the Stones to Led Zeppelin III. Stones were singles.

I guess since I made a disagreeable wisecrack, I should probably play along.

Prior to, say, the age of 18? Just off the top of my head, I guess . . .

    Cream, Disraeli Gears
    Hendrix, Band of Gypsys
    The Beatles, White Album
    The Kinks, Preservation
Allman Brothers, Live at the Fillmore

Representing the younger generation. My teenage years in the 90s amd ealry 2000s.

    Top 5 is tough but...

    Nirvana - Nevermind
    Smashing Pumpkins - Siamese Dream
    Radiohead - OK Computer
    Beck - Odelay
White Stripes - White Blood Cells

Another 20 could have made this list though.

Led Zep ll, and squeaking under the teen wire DSOTM. I am quite sure there were a ton of other great lp's I must be forgetting..

Should also ask the question, how often did these 5 change during those same years. Reading others' choices makes me feel I made a mistake.

I was a teenager for a long time. My taste in music took 3 hard turns in that time. Which ones did I play the most?

Lou Reed - Rock & Roll Animal
    The Who - Quadrophenia
    Little Feat - Sailn' Shoes
    John Prine - S/T
    Santana - Abraxas
