so CNY just came around and now i have a bydgt to get my very first portable dac/amp.
i have been reading up on some reviews and many people have told me that the fiio q1 mark 2 is a good dac,but i live in SE asia so the Q1 mark 2 cost 150USD(aprox) while the Q1 cost 100USD(aprox) and many people have suggested that both versions of the Q1 is nearly the same.although i have tried both but not for a long time.i only played a single song on both and i didnt feel a difference.but i know from personal experience that audio equipment may sound the same on first listen but the experience will change with time.
so now im torn on which one i should choose.but if you have other suggestions for other portable dacs then please reccomend.i would be using with my phone and laptop.
