First day as non-lurker.

Hey,

My current setup consists of the following items:
  • htpc (some flac, mostly spotify and deezer (and movies)) connected via usb to
  • cambridge audio dacmagic, still going strong after almost 10 years, via balanced to
  • primare i30, and all the way out to
  • monitor audio rx8 (and xtz 99 w10.16 sub).

Sound is OK, but I feel like something is missing, hence I'm going to try out a Rotel RB-1572 which should arrive soon. :)

Next up is a system I had no room for at home. It consists of:
  • Taga HTA-700, awesome little tube hybrid with usb and bluetooth.
  • Taga Platinum One
  • Taga TSW-120

Awesome sound for the buck!
 
Bet those Monitor Audio RX8's sound fantastic. I have never heard something from them that I didn't like. Those are really nice setups!
 
This must be the friendliest community ever! :)

On topic: I still regret selling my previous system, a NAD C372 with Cerwin Vega VE 12F. :(

My worst buy ever was way back in the days, knowing nothing I got a no-name stereo with "surround function" aka 4 speakers..
