Hi,
I'm trying to repair a 500-S without a schematic. If you've got a schematic or a parts list, or just experience with this kind of cap marking, I can use your help.

There's a cap that goes to a 7247 that appears to be damaged. The 7247s don't power up anymore.
The marking on the cap is:
25WMF
6WVDC

Is this a .025uf cap? What's the voltage rating?

It's 25 microfarads, 6 Volts. Probably a cathode bypass. It won't stop the amplifier from working if it's open, and the tubes will draw excessive current if it's shorted.

If the tubes don't light, check for heater voltage.
