Fisher 60AP 60A

Looking for some help please to find the schematics on these fisher bygone era audio components. They are the model 60 AP power source and the fisher 60 A power amp. Have done FISHER DOC but no reply and dead end so far on the Internet. Thanks for any help or comments.

Wow...I've never heard of these, nor has anyone I've talked to. I've seen a fair bit of vintage Fisher literature online, and I don't recall any references to the 60 series. What tubes do they use? It looks like PP directly heated triodes for the output.

If you haven't already found it, there is a Fisher group in Yahoo! Groups. Someone there might know something.

These where the optional amp in a very early 1950's Fisher console . Belive that it used four 6A3's and had a seperate tuner/ preamp and it relaced the R2 chassis that was normaly used .


There is a thread here or at ARF that mentioned it , search Fisher threads about an early console by cooljjay about six months to a year ago ,also look at some of the early Fisher lit in the sticky's above .

I posted some information on the Series 60 here in the Fisher Consoles 1945-1958 Sticky, though there is very little known about the chassis themselves. Any details you might unearth would be of great interest. That is one heck of a nice chassis.

The tubes for the Power Supply are 2 - 5V4 and 1 - 5Y3 , the amp tubes are 4 - 12AU7 and 4 - 6A3 in push-pull parallel i was told . Will be glad to pass on any info i get on my way.
