Fisher as headphone amp?

I was about to list that Fisher I put for sale in another forum when I got to thinking that my present set up has no headphone jack! Can I hook my Fisher from my pre and use it as such? Would I be overloading the inputs? My Pre can go passive, but I'd rather not worry about that. I may just have to keep it.
What do you guys think?
thanks

I think you should put a real 2 ch balance control in it if it has a balance/stereo separation (left channel ?) and keep it. It is basically the 400 without the tuner. I have a 101-C which uses the 7591s and I use the thing at the moment in my HT. I put a balance control pulled out of a non-funtioning 500C and like the thing. If I ever pull it out of the HT I will use it in the bedroom instead of the 400 because I always listen to discs and don't use the FM enough to warrent the use of the tubes.
