When I was a kid, our neighbor had a 1967 Fisher Statesman "Country French" cabinet. It says on the website that it came with a 1009 turntable. That's not correct! The neighbor had a Dual 1019 turntable in their Statesman! I remember how amazing it sounded!

Thank you for letting me know. I'll make a change on the web site and mention that the console may come with the 1019 turntable.

By the way, if you go to this ebay listing for the same model it has the 1009 turntable:

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/1967-Fisher-Statesman-Console-S-692MD-Mediterranean-Stereo-Radio-Turntable-/271204600424?nma=true&si=5kx3iuwSL6seqI8AShe4faBfX4A%3D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557

And here is a listing from another web site that says the turntable is a 1009:

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/1967-Fisher...D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557

And one final listing that says the turntable is a 1009:
