Hey Y'all,
I've got this beauty of a Fisher DAC-9040 with 18bits and two 16bit d/a converters that's developed some problems. The right channel is weaker than the left and after a few hours it starts sounding real muddy. Output chip is one guess. Capacitors? Any help would be mucho appreciado. Maybe someone has one laying around they'd like to part out? This baby sounds sooo good when it's working properly that I'd hate to junk it-Check out the pic in members gallery.
