My golfing buddy gave me these speakers....amazing sound, even with my heathkit aa-100 non modified......also I clipped the output caps on my technics cd player.....very open sound now......I'm loving life but have to bring he heathkit up to par "mod"http://www.audiokarma.org/forums/images/smilies/banana.gif

How big is your room?

It's small.....I put 6au7's in the heathkit replacing the 12 ax7's. ...I can turn it up about half way now.....
