Found: Sony TC378 RTR

Does anybody know anything about Sony's TC378 RTR? It has a voltage selector, so I'm guessing overseas model. Otherwise, I have not found any info.

David , did you have any problems with the Sony ?

It works and all, but the counter does not move (belt appears to be intact though), and it starts slow sometimes. Cosemetically, it is nearly perfect.

Probably the shorter counter-belt between pulley and reel-table is stretched David.
Sloooow start-up is the idler-wheel between fly-wheel and capstan-pulley.
That's the one we replaced on your 388.
