Just bought this rather cheap for a 50x50W tube amp . I am thinking about using it for stereo home system , anything to watch for ??? How does a guitar amp sound compared to home tube amp at same power output?

The output transformer and the input gain will not work the same and you are liable to be dissapointed. Most pro gear makes for bad HiFi. Altec (the old stuff) being the main exception.

Problem with a Marshall for home stereo is the High-Gain stage for crunching guitar.
If you turned it up to any signifigant volume level you would itroduce much distortion into the music for one thing. Not good! :guitar:
I used to own a 1972 and 1982 double head,double cabinet stack
almost eight feet tall!
