Hey guys, just thought I'd throw out a simple thing I've always done with any Marantz ints. & recs. I've had to keep the dreaded "tape monitor switch cleaning routine" from happening quite so often:
Just get in the habit of pushing in the TM button when you need to mute the sound. That keeps wiping the contacts, lessening the chance of build-up.
Unless of course one or both TM slots are being used at the time...
