I walked into a Goodwill yesterday....as the guy was coming out of the back room with the Electrical Cart.....My eyes spied a 39 lbs. Yamaha AX900U Amplifier, black aluminium face...very nice shape!! 130 watts/channel....Snapped it up for $34.95 .
I'm hooking it up later tonight...hopefully it works well with out a glitch!
I have bought a few Vintage Yamaha Amps over the last year, sitting on thrift store shelves....everyone has worked perfect ...so far! Down the road I stopped at a Sallyanne....1/2 price day. There on the shelf was a black aluminium faced Yamaha K-222 Double Cassette ....works great+ good shape!..only $.99 cents+ tax! VV produced my Yamaha M-80 find last year for $29.95...works fine!
