Picked up this old drop leaf at a flea market about ten years back and the composition material will not hold the legs securely anymore.Cut two boards out of 3/4 plywood and glued it with Franklin Titebond ll and six countersunk lag screws.Then clamped them in place.Put a piece of wax paper over the old mounting places and traced the outline with a marker to get the correct mounting angle.Drilled pilot holes and secured the legs with screws.I think I will have to dress the edges of the boards with either dark walnut stain or perhaps veneer if I can find the correct black Walnut t
