Hardcore Budget DACs?

I've been considering adding a DAC to my setup, but since some can go upwards of several thousand dollars. I can't get anywhere near that price, or even $100. I know this severely limits my options but I'd like anything less than $60. Maybe $70 if it's really nice. All I need for it optionwise is a USB for my laptop and RCA jacks for directly plugging it in. It doesn't need to be portable or anything like that, it just needs make a clean signal. I've heard a lot about Raspberry Pi DACs too, and would one of those be an option?

There may be a better thing out there if you are willing to be very patient. If you want to get up-and-running ASAP, I think this will be hard to beat at the price point you need.

I might get one on Amazon. I got a gift card that I haven't used, so that'll be on my list. I'll just get a few more opinions, but that's an option.

I was going to suggest an inexpensive one from Monoprice, with a link, but it appears their website is down now.
