Has anyone ever heard of the band QUILL?

I was wondering if anyone has heard of, or maybe saw the band Quill. All I really know is it was a band from the northeast. I guess they played or even opened at Woodstock but the recording equipment wasn't functioning at the time. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Any recordings or Albums?

Wow!! In asking this one question, You have given me a lot of information.Thank-You.
I am trying to find out about this Band because a guy who helped put siding on my house (I believe) was one of the Cole brothers that started the Band. But he was very vague about answering any question. But he did admit to playing at Woodstock. My research continues!! Much appreciated!
