Headshell for AR 77XB in Eastern Massachusetts?

The biggest weakness of the ARs -- the headshell threads get stripped. What a bummer! If you have one that's stripped, just superglue it to the arm (probably a good idea to clean contacts and Caig them or something, and you will need to compress the headshell into the arm to overcome the contact springs' tension), When you need to install a new cartridge, just pull the entire arm post out of the bearing -- their is enough slack in the arm, though do be careful.
If you don't have one, you just have to keep looking. You can find them on ebay, but its probably cheaper to buy a complete table locally, if you can find one (and in Massachusetts, you ought to be able to). Use the headshell, replace the arm on one of the two tables, and keep the original arm for parts.
