Help identifying vinyl recoed

Picked this up some years ago and I can not find any similar that have ever sold
so trying to get a estimate of it's value

I have some other TCBs of Booker Ervin, Booker Little, and Donald Byrd. I think TCB was a reissue label of Warwick records. They aren't worth very much, but are a great value if you can't find originals. Generally they're around 10 bucks or so. Yours looks like a compilation album, similar to this one...

Looks like a reissue of a 1991 release. I'd say a little more than $10 because it's an odd ball still in the shrink-wrap.
