Help ! on my new Sherwood S-5500II amp

I just purchased a Sherwood S-5500II intergrated amp. The amps sounds great, but I just noticed that the right output transformer is hot to the touch, and left transfomer is just warm. I konw that the amp should probably have all the electrolityc caps replaced, but would a bad tube or tubes on the output cause this?
Will it hurt the amp to use it like this?
Here are some pics of the amp. Also the four output tubes have like "halo" marks on them. Is this bad? Thanks for any help.

DUH ! My mistake it is the power transfomer that is getting hot not the output. No problems... Sorry, I hope you enjoy the pics.
