Anyone have or know of a source for a Pioneer RT-909 capstan motor?
I didn't see any in a thread search. And unavailable at Pioneer parts. I've got a call into Pioneer in L.A., and I've talked to some of the website shops: Oak Tree, Vintage TX, Austin Stereo, Sounds too good, nothing yet.
Although one shop did say a possible alternate would be a motor from MCM, as long as it's 12V, 2400RPM, couterclockwise. Kind of a 1/2 size motor but gets it done?
