Help with Crown CDi 1000 repair

Through an interesting turn of events I recently acquired a crown CDi 1000 amplifier for free. The only problem it won't power on at all.

After consulting with Crown, it seems the problem is likely in the power supply side of the amp. They suggested I check continuity on the fuse and power cord which I will be doing as soon as I can locate my multi meter.

If it ends up not being either of these things I am looking for some suggestions as to where to start. I'm pretty good with my hands, I worked in a custom wire harness production shop for two years, but don't know much as to the actual workings, and common failures, of amps.

It's a class D amp, so replacing the board might be the only solution here without really digging into it.

If its not the fuse, I would find a place to have it looked at. Its a pretty complex amp and not a good candidate for a beginner.
