Getting back into the hobby after a long absence. Just upgraded system to a McIntosh MC752 pushing GE Triton 7s. Running a Planar 2 upgraded to a 2M Blue cart through a Tavish Design Vintage tube phone pre (ordered). Using a refurb Onkyo C390 CD changer I bought for $80 on eBay as transport to a iFi reclocker to a Jolida/Black Ice FX tube DAC. All through a Parasound pre (ordered) to the MC752.

Whew. This stuff gets complicated quickly.

I'm a vinyl (mainly jazz) and CD guy but learning about streaming digital. Considering doing the CCA w/ optical thing.

Sounds nice on jazz, electronic, rock music.
