Hiss in McIntosh MC2105

    I did do a spectral analysis on the MC2505 on my bench. If we do not lose the Internet again I wll post tomorrow.

    Tony, we all know GM speedometers lie, if you are not timing mile markers it doesn't count.

    I don't think that some hiss is out of the ordinary. When I had my MAC6700 running Magnepans they were dead silent, but when I switched to the Klipsch RF7's I noticed a little hiss. Is it so loud that you can hear it over the music? That is the only thing I would worry about.
