So my son has just walked out the door with the CA-800 and matching tuner with the Bose 201 bookshelfs....headed back to his dorm .... trying to give him an appreciation for vintage.... got my fingers crossed ... told him if you get bored with it just bring her home

I'm giving him instructions as he's loading up... ok this how you do this ... this is what to look for if no sound even left the jacks plugged up ..... it was my first I miss her already .... what have I done ... oh yeah that does leave more room though

If nothing else, his friends are likely to appreciate it!
CA-800 and CT-800 are very nice sounding and performing pieces... and Bose 201s are surprisingly good sounding, with accurate and well-reproduced midrange.
