Hot sauces & anything spicy.

First person who wants a bag of these let me know. Write "1st!" In the next post, pm me your Addy and I'll have these out to you by the end of the week. :)
Hope this is ok with the mods.

Zulu Zulu Peri Peri. My recent favorite. Nice heat, but loads of flavor.

Also Semper Fi Gourmet Hot Sauce. It's like Tabasco sauce, but better. If I had to pick a daily drive, it is this one.

This would be my all time favorite sauce. It is just too expensive for the small bottle. Not that I'm cheap, but I used to get it for 1.89, now it's near 4 dollars of more and a very small bottle. I could use the whole bottle at one sitting. It makes a great sauce to cook a petite sirloin in.

The Tabasco thread, started a couple of days ago by transmaster, triggerd again the desire for a really hot sauce.

Today I purchased via Ebay Germany these sauces, produced in Costa Rica, with 111000, 333000 and 666000 Scoville. How hot is the last one? Anybody familiar with this Scoville grade?

I'm with you. I don't care for hot sauce that is all heat and no flavor. It is a cool bottle, though.

I suspect it is, or was, for collectors. I have thought about replacing it contents with something usable but why bother.

The "Nuke Fire" sauces got various ingredients, and none of them is synthetic. So I hope that they are not without flavour.

Here is a quick and delicious vegatable soup. There is no real recipe but here is how I make it. First pick out your favorite salsa. I favor La Victoria. or Pace, the Chunky salsa style is the best. I make my soups in a pressure rice cooker.

Empty one bottle of salsa into your cooking pot.
Refill the bottle with water and add that, this is ti taste so adjust it accordingly.
Next get a can or two of your favorite beans. I like red or black beans. Dump the contents juice and all. If you want you can add canned mixed vegetables, I like Veg-All.
You can add cooked chicken, turkey, steak, hamburger, pork, tofu Etc. simmer for about and hour and enjoy.
