How do you keep that fuse from blowing out, over and over...

When I was young, and inexperienced, if I didn't have a fuse I had done that, I didn't know that a copper wire would carry much more current than the same size wire that was in the fuse, If the "wire" blew, I knew it was serious.
There are some amps that do use a fuse wire, but I'm sure it was a special wire to begin with.

We don't have a basement, but I'm sure liking the new kitchen swimming pool that wasn't there yesterday.
