How do you use the "Can't Cut" feature

Here's the scoop; it's pretty much all below.

You can TRADE these guys; you just can't dump them. It pretty much prevents the loser teams from dumping their studs and screwing up the league for the rest. They can try to do it via bogus trades (Priest Holmes for James Stewart), but the Commish needs to step on those.

How does the Can't Cut list work?

Many of the best players in the game will be on this list throughout the season. When a player is on the list, he cannot be waived from a team under any circumstances ... even if he is injured.
The Can't Cut list, which will be updated when necessary to account for injury or performance issues, will prevent managers at the bottom of the standings from changing the league dynamics by waiving all of their outstanding players. Players will be added and removed from the list as appropriate during the season.

This list does not effect your ability to swap a player between active and bench, or make a trade involving him.

The Can't Cut list applies to all leagues, Public and Custom, in Yahoo! Sports Fantasy Football and cannot be modified or eliminated from individual Custom Leagues.

So you're saying the league adds/removes players from the "Can't cut" roster? I thought perhaps each owner was obligated to "file" a player or two to the list. Thanks.
