How to add text to replicated part?

As an experiment I bought some vinyl brushed aluminum and hastily applied it to a cassette lid;
My real question is if there is a way to add the lettering on the original to the new one.

If you’re wanting to add lettering to aluminum, a fiber laser can do the job.

A CO2 laser can handle wood and plastic.
