Use nothing wider than 35 mm lens on a full frame 35 mm camera. Use a bounce card with the flash pointing up at an angle. And find a nice neutral piece of cloth to drape behind and under the unit to remove distracting back grounds.. You may have to over expose the image a few stops to get all the details of lettering from the face plates.
