Ok guys I booked into a pair of 100 s,shame they look like they been to HELL and back at least twice ! Still,they sound ok.Saw a pair of 110 s and they looked almost the same design and same bass and drivers.Anyone have a pair or know what the difference is in reality ? The 110 s are much cheaper than the 100 s also... :yes:
Whats the general concensus regarding efficient speakers like these,do speakers need to be efficient ? Vintage recievers and amps were of tremendous power and capacities anyway,they could all drive demanding impedence,so I wonder what efficient speaker advantages there are ? Or are they more suited for tube setups pumping out nanowatts ? :scratch2:
