Good for you!! I'm coming up on 4 years next month. Feels real good to be smoke free.
Great job on being smoke free. I just have to figure a way to quit dipping...well if my teeth fall out I'll still have my hearing
Congrats on making it this far :thmbsp:. Keep after it one day at a time, and before you know it you'll have gone a year tobacco free.
I don't to discourage you but I read that it takes 4-5 attempts to put the last one down. But I'll bet you beat those stats.
Oh well since I'm here - 3 months quit as of June 10_
Good work! Quitting smoking pays dividends for your health and well being as well as your wallet.
You have no idea how pervasive smoke is until you've quit. It gets into everything and the smell lingers.
Not smoking is SOOO much better
Where there's smoke...
I tried quitting with using the patch.
Damn those things taste horrible, but they are damn near impossible to keep lit.
5-1-17 was my quit day.
Well done - stay positive and don't ever light another!!
Years ago I put one of those patches on and about an hour later lit up a Kool.
Man, talk about FLAVOR LAND!
Anyhow, I only chimed in on this thread cause its 7 years old.
Hope the OP made it across the finish line!
