Ideas for my KLH Model 5 Grill covers

I’m in the midst of refurbishing my KLH Model 5 Speakers (strip black paint from previous owner, recap, reseal,etc). I have the original grill backs but need to find a nice material. I’ve read up here but wanted to see if any one thought that KLH Model 24 grill material would be enough to cover my 5s. I have a line on some cheap ones and the grills are good.

I really do like the cream colored grill like on the Advents and thought about doing that too.

There are a couple of eBay sources but not sure if their stuff is good for audio transparency.

Suggestions welcome!

Another option to keep the period look would be the Lambswool 18ct. Linen used on AR grills.
It's available from 123 stitch.

Also put in a search with alerts on fleabay for an original set.

I really like that look too. A little pricey on 123. Is one order enough for two klh 5s?

Should be. I've replaced the cloth on 3 3a restorations.
