Idling current adj. p2250c

Recently acquired this amp and want to adjust idle current.
Two test points and one pot per channel.
Neg to tp203 and pos to tp204 and adj vr201 to 12mv...correct?

DC offset non adjustable, correct?

TP303 and TP304 and VR301 for the other channel.

No DC offset adjustment.
