I've done a lot lot of listening since this thread started. In my opinion a lot of what get the blanket name of industrial is actually a post industrial rock. A la Wkipedia"s write up of it. While it may have a lot of slick energy it doesn't really engage me the the real stuff. Which might better be identified as subversive experimental.I wonder of the late state of the industrial art movement. The music being just one of the voices of it. Keep posting. You people have pointed me to some good stuff!
Compilation of one of sickest mf's ever - a guy who pissed a lot of people off because of his totally antisocial behavior, and contributed heavily to the developing embryo of the industrial aesthetic. Reportedly on a self-imposed exile from the human race, where he definitely belongs. Quite the individual.
