Info on OHM FRS-15

Got a chance to pick up a set for $350.00. What are the specs and what are they worth? I haven't seen these yet - got to drive about 70 miles and 2-1/2 hours to look at them, they've been described to be in excellent condition. If the price is good I'll take the trip.
