Fix or restore..fix or restore..fix or restore?

Greetings all, (Note: I've added some voltage omissions from the original post)
I've been working on bringing a shelved SX-650 back to life and have had great results so far thanks to several threads here dealing with the power supply boards, protection circuit etc.
Thankfully this unit hadn't been worked on by anyone yet and things were stock.
Plugged into a DBT resulted in no relay click and voltages that were somewhat off but not too unusually so.
So after replacing all of the electrolytics on both boards and the transistors listed below I got the relay to initiate regularly and stably. This with the help of "MTF"'s 2/4/6 jumper instructions and the input of others from that and other SX-650 issue threads here. (Thanks!)
The problem now is that almost all voltages are where they should be except the following.
The Right channel power IC Pin: 4 which is at a stable, but aggravating, -15mV
And Q: 13 & 14 on the "GWR-101" Amp board.
The Left channel power IC gives what I'd hope and expect in regard to specs. (see below)
All of the substitutions described below were done in order to replace defectives and achieve proper voltages or balance.
Currently I'm at a loss so I thought I'd transcribe my notes and see what any helpful individual might say under these circumstances. Any and all help is appreciated.

I'd be happy to provide any other voltage readings or info on what else has been done, i.e.
..I've checked so many resistors, solder connections, wire wraps and jumpers it's all just too much to list here tonight.
Thanks much and again,

Well, the cold I've been trying to get over has apparently affected my steadiness. One quick slip and a small spark from the "GWH-101" power board (the one with the SP-40W's) and it's back to the jumpers and another opportunity to assess the above stated "issues". I've been toying with the possibility that the right channel pin 4 (-15mV) may be the fault of the IC itself and was hoping for some feedback from those here. So at this point I'll be checking to see if any damage was done anywhere and then come back to the several other odd voltages also stated above.

Jumpers are in and the relay clicks but the right channel is again a little off even without the power IC's.
Odd...the right channel wasn't off like this when I first checked voltages without the modules.
FFT.

"GWH-101" IC circuit board voltages with jumpers on 2/4/6 are:
RT-CH:
1. +32.8V
2. -9.7mV
3. +16.1mV
4. -9.5mV
5. -32.79V
6. -10.0mV
7. +7.2mV (post 8)

LT-CH:
1. +32.8V
2. 34.4mV
3. +2.7mV
4. +34.7mV
5. -32.8V
6. +34.2mV
7. +7.5mV (post 4)

Note: before the hand slip issue I ran a 1K / 150mV sine wave through the AUX into a scope and noted an approx: 200mVP-P difference (at low volume) between the two channels.
I think that in itself is about -15dBm...more FFT!
Back to it....
