Two people one, Inuyashiki, a 58 year old man had learned he has terminal cancer, The other, Shishigami, very troubled and violent teenager. In a chance encounter the two are technically killed by a impact of a very advanced alien space craft on earth, it isn’t crash but earth just got in their way. The entities in the space craft sensed what thay had done but all they had were military grade replacements, which they used and departed. The two woke up as cybernetic weapons systems. .
The series contrasts these two people. Inuyashiki learns he can help people, defending them from harm and healing the sick, a dying. Shishigami on the other hand uses his powers for great evil, death and destruction.
This is not in any way a childrens cartoon. This is a serious drama that happens to be animated. It is shows like this that has made me a gigantic fan of Japanese anime.
