Is there an area for high end watches?

Okay... Cheif is a watch hoe....
I can admit it. I have a little problem...

Seiko, Citizen, Sturhling, Deep Blue, Ciaba, Vostok, Bulova, Invicta, Invicta Reserve, Stauer, Android, Jaco, Movado, Casio...

Chronographs (my fav's), divers, Navitimers, mecanicals, automatics, kinetics, Eco-Drives, quartz, 24-hour, 2 zones, moon phases, leather straps, silicone straps, 2/3/4/5 piece bracelets rotating bezels, internal bezels...

Nice timepieces are just a weakness for me. Pushing 30+ pieces right now, and almost all of the are "better" pieces. I have a few game and promo watches and an Indiglo that I keep for nostalgia.

Yeah... Chief's got a little problem.

Anyone have the time?:)

I haven't owned or worn a watch for a long time. After cell phones took over I just didn't need a watch. Watches are pretty classy, but I am fairly classless.

Post some pics. I am sure there are several members who appreciate nice watches.

Yeah... Stuff people actually own. I don't know many people that can afford a Hublot, and those look hella confusing...lol

You should really merge this onto the existing watch thread, you`ll probably get the most interest there.

I repair and service watches also a weakness for me.

I have a Panerai that I wear a few times a year. Truthfully, no one notices I have a luxury watch on. In fact, I have never seen another Panerai in the wild. So, I wear my Parnis.

In sketchy neighborhoods, probably on the leg. They won't be easily seen.

Reviving an old thread. I picked up a chocolate 6138-0049 Seiko Bullhead at auction today on the cheap. It’s a wee bit tired but keeps good time, I polished the crystal and cleaned it up. I’ll have the crystal and bezel replaced along with a proper service. I’m a fan of automatics and genuinely stoked I scored this.
As it was when I picked it up.

After some attention.

Interesting article in this issue of Cigar Aficionado about people who spend a couple thousand to attend a workshop to build their own watches. Quite interesting
