Is this a good solid state audio score?

Picked up these three trays of vintage resistors and other components at the Sally Ann for 99 cents each. Not being electronics savvy, myself, I can only wonder about their value. I'm not asking for any accurate quotes here because I know that belongs in the dollars and sense forum. I just want to know if it would be worth my while to take them in and offer them as a partial trade on my next fix at the vintage audio specialist repair shop.

For 99¢ each you can't go wrong.
Will your tech give you much for them - probably not since it's really just s bunch of random stuff they may never use.
Keep them for yourself if you can do repairs or give them to your tech as a nice "tip".

Resistors are worthless, diodes and trimmers are a few dollars each, the trays are worth more than 99c, good score.

Carbon films %5 tol. Film caps could be good.Check diode part #s. Ic's check part #s. 5 pots. Never mind the plastic containers. For what was spent you did good. If I haven't before Welcome to AK.

Looks like someones "parts" from an electronics class. As others have said, the transistors could be something, but probably 2N2222, or 2N3904 types. Diodes are hard to tell, unless they are marked (and you can read them). No idea on the IC's, but it looks like a couple op amps or opto-isolater's (8-pin). That TO220 makes me think of a 78xx regulator. The resistors look carbon film, nothing special about the caps either. At least from what I can tell from the pics.

I'd have snapped them up for the trimmers alone, but the rest can be useful depending on what you do with them.
