Won't affect Arizona, but that might have cost the Longhorns a number one seed. Meanwhile, down in "Blue Orleans", My beloved Kentucky Wildcats are laying waste to anyone who gets in their way. After thrashing Vanderbilt last night ( have beaten them by a combined 90 points in the last 2 games:uzi: ), Auburn looms next. After we win the SEC tournament, we will be primed for a run at the NCAA title (hopefully).
However, we must not forget about the Kentucky Derby. It is right around the corner. Two very important prep races this weekend. The $1,000,000 Florida Derby is today. Trust N Luck looks to go wire to wire as the lone speed on a very speed biased track. Maybe Empire Maker can run him down in the stretch? Can Indy Dancer redeem himself after being trounced in the Risen Star Stakes a few weeks ago? Sunday calls our attention to Santa Anita and the San Felipe Stakes. Domestic Dispute, Atswhatimtalkinabout, and Man Among Men (my personal choice to win the derby this year) figure to stand out. These two races figure to"separate the contenders from the pretenders."
