Jericho Horns

Hello all,

I am going to try to build a set of Jericho horns but I noticed that one of the pieces calls for a 65 degree bevel cut over its entire width. Has anyone built these and come up with a jig or other solution to cut this angle?

Thank you,
Jim

If you don't have a tilt-arbor saw the only other option that I can think of is to get a protractor and draw the 65 degree angle on both edges of this part. Then draw a line connecting the top of the angles across the width of the part. Now get a good long based hand plane and plane off the waste as indicated by the line and the bottom edge of this part.
