Kenwood Kr-9400

Hey everyone I have a Kenwood Kr-9400 that I bought yesterday and the volume pot is seized. I've tried spraying deoxit and no luck. Thanks for any advice.

Seized?. The shaft must be bent?

I got it working again by spraying some deoxit it in and working it back and forth with channel locks. thanks
